Ordering and Payment

When you place an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Rockless Tables reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. While we strive to meet delivery expectations, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Rockless Tables is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during international shipping.

Customer is responsible for the count and condition of the product upon receiving. 

Customer is responsible for confirming the number of boxes on the driver paperwork (Bill of Lading) matches the amount ordered on the invoice.  

Customer is responsible for notating the condition of the product upon delivery.  Any discrepancies in the count or damages to the product or packaging should be notated on the BOL before signing the BOL and returning it to the driver.

Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returns and exchanges. We only accept returns for items purchased directly from our website, and all returned products must be in their original condition.

1) Customer Responsibility for Incorrect Selection:

• Customer is responsible for packaging, palletizing and shipping costs for any returned product resulting from incorrect customer selection.

2) Customer Responsibility Upon Delivery:

• Customer is responsible for the count and condition of the product at receiving.

3) 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

• Rockless Table offers a 30-day money back guarantee for malfunctioning products or unsatisfied customers.  Products must be in original condition and in original packaging with protection package material, and not due to incorrect customer selection.
