Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Duration

Rockless Table offers a 4-year industry-best warranty on all SKU's, excluding Flip-Top and T-Base SKU's. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

For Flip-Top and T-Base SKU's, an industry best 1-year warranty applies.

2. Coverage

The warranty covers the following:

• Structural integrity of the self-stabilizing mechanism.
• Defects in materials used in the manufacturing of the table bases.
• Workmanship issues related to the assembly of the table bases.

3. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by accidents, acts of nature, or unauthorized repairs.
• Modifications or alterations to the original product.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

• Contact our Customer Service team at bob@rocklesstable.com or 888-444-7124 to report the issue and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  

• Ship the defective product, along with the RMA number and proof of purchase to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

5. Resolution

Upon receiving the defective product, Rockless Table will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge. If the product is no longer available, Rockless Table reserves the right to replace it with a comparable product.

6. Limitations of Liability

Rockless Table's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall Rockless Table be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

7. Governing Law

This warranty is governed by the laws of Travis County, TX, and any disputes arising under or in connection with this warranty shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Travis County, TX. Rockless Table reserves the right to modify or amend this warranty policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy on our website.
